WHO IS MIKE SCHLICHTE?

Michael has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, starting his career by flipping homes. To date, he and his team have successfully flipped over 300 properties throughout New Mexico, spanning Artesia to Farmington and every city in between. Michael has also raised over $30 million in private funds (hard money) to support both commercial and residential projects.

Michael and his wife, Danielle Schlichte, currently own Absolute Real Estate. In addition to residential sales, Michael’s personal sales volume averages $10-$15 million annually, with a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and vacant land sales. He continues to actively flip:

  • 4-8 residential homes per year,

  • 1-3 commercial buildings annually,

  • Vacant land utilizing creative owner financing strategies.
